Hopefully Irving can pull some strings and draft # Matvei Michkov from Russia at the Import Draft ! Looks amazing and is wearing the cage so he must be underage as well as Connor Bedard from Canada.

Highly doubt he goes takes the CHL route. They have some good development teams for young highly-tuited Prospects in Russia.

Also he signed a contract in Russia until 2026 for real money. Can’t see CHL being an option
