With Seattle, Sprong has 14pts in 16gp...and is a +9. Seattle are 15-5-3 I was disappointed when the Caps got rid of him. Laviolette seems to have some sort of phobia of younger players, he never seems willing to give them a shot. |

Patty Guay leads his Savannah Ghost Pirates in scoring. 12gp 16pts The Pirates are the ECHL team for Vegas Golden Knights. An expansion team in the ECHL playing their 1st season out of the brand new Enmarket Arena. enmarketarena.com/20pts in 14gp now for Guay. Leading his team and sits 6th in league scoring. The ECHL site isn't the best....but I think he is leading all rookies in scoring |

A guy who gets 14 points in 16 games making the league minimum is a definite value contract for the Kraken. Good for Daniel and hopefully this can lead to some long term stability in the NHL. His current deal is a 2 year contract. So he'll be a valuable asset if he contributes like this considering how much cap space he takes up... and this could lead to a nice payday down the road. A guy who gets 14 points in 16 games making the league minimum is a definite value contract for the Kraken. Good for Daniel and hopefully this can lead to some long term stability in the NHL. His current deal is a 2 year contract. So he'll be a valuable asset if he contributes like this considering how much cap space he takes up... and this could lead to a nice payday down the road. Guys need stability and Sprong's career hasn't had any of that. He's been moved around too many times, I'm sure he'd love to buy a home and settle down. I knew Budgell was with the Growlers but I never realized Egan and Escott were with them too.
Never thought Escott would ever have a career beyond junior, he was very disappointing back in the day.

I knew Budgell was with the Growlers but I never realized Egan and Escott were with them too. Never thought Escott would ever have a career beyond junior, he was very disappointing back in the day. Oddly enough, Wildcats fans feel the same way about Melindy who's also on the team. |

Simoneaux was taken off the ice on a stretcher tonight and was taken to hospital for precautionary reasons. Really hoping for the best for him, he's been having a great season.

If you look at how many minutes he plays each night ( approx 10) he’s got to be one of the most productive forwards on Seattle, maybe even the NHL. |

Friedman and Marek had brought him up on their 32 Thoughts podcast, basically on how he’s on a great value contract and he’s been a big player for the Kraken.
Nice to see him finally settle in in the NHL.
