Val-d’Or is in town tonight for a Friday night matchup.
The two teams played a close game up in Quebec last weekend. Hopefully a win for us tonight.
Game time is 7:30.

This is quite a shakeup. I admire the coach giving other players a chance and holding players accountable. I see the Wildcats staff doing the same thing. It may hurt some feelings along the way but ultimately it will bring out the best in individual players at the end of the day. Looking forward to how it unfolds. Interested to see how Flanagan performs as well. 5-4 Islanders!

I'm really starting to wonder what's going in with Michaud. Great rookie start. Putting pts up. Playing 1st and 2nd line...and top PP regularly.. .. to being sent to the 4th line for some games.......to being a healthy scratch. Something doesn't add up. |

What goalie prospect do they have in their system that can play this role? None, IMO. JH has to bring someone in from outside the system to right the ship some when they try to give Frankie a night off. |

You guys better hope they hold on to Lapenna because without him, Hulton is nothing more than a tiny little human in a suit. I don't know how you guys like him so much.

We have overachieved to this point, we have a terrible team with a few bright stars. Hulton gets the most out of his players, there’s no question about that. What makes you say this about Hulton? The fact he left Flanagan in for 5? You have to give the kid a chance at some point to figure out what you’ve got, now it’s pretty damn clear.. You’re an absolute idiot. |

Oof how do you go about building confidence back up? Someone sitting near me said Flanagan was good when he came in and it just went downhill.
A couple of the goals he didn't have much chance on but his body language changed as soon as he let in that first one. Looked super tense and shook up.
