The boys are getting ready for two weekend games at home against Moncton and Bathurst. They been playing well together the past week and getting the job done. Any thoughts on this coming weekends games?

The defence will be likely be short staffed this weekend - looks like they could be missing Tivey (suspended for Match penalty last night) and Desroches (left game and didn't return)

Thoughts on Macdonald playing D? He's quite good at it lol To balance out ice time better, it's not a terrible idea. |

Curious why they never bring Gartley back to play given the quality of some of the guys we have used.

Curious why they never bring Gartley back to play given the quality of some of the guys we have used. Gartley struggled keeping up in the preseason. He was beaten out by Tracey, Richard and Akkouche on D, but was outplayed by Dickie and Cloutier. Fernandez playing over him is likely due to availability. Welsh is a better D IMO and will likely be here in the 2nd half full time |

I'm going to eat some crow as I thought Burns played his best game as a seadogs last night scored set up a goal blocked shots backchecked took hits and didn't bark at the refs all night when he plays hockey he can be a very effective player.

Watched the end I didn't see Burns saying anything But guess the refs heard it. His trade value just went down.
