It was an option in the offseason for sure (it probably still is now but the only way to get info would be to call or go directly to the box office). I have the CHLTv subscription and will likely not see a single game in person (it's been a few years) because I wont pay the walk up price, will NEVER call or ho to the box office to find out how much a package might cost and routinely have other plans on cheap nights. Want me to call the box office and find out for you? Seems a relatively easy task 🤣 Would't one have to go to the box office anyways to pick up the tickets??

Hopefully Saint John fans will soon realize that this team is pretty good and plays exciting hockey and it is time to show that support by putting more bums in the seats at TD Station. 2,006 fans to see them play one of the top teams in the league and shut them out deserves better. They should come around, at least to some extent. It doesn't help that after 2 years of rebuilding, they started the season 1-3 at home. And in the midst of our longest winning streak since the Memorial Cup season, they scratched our top 3 players (among others) at home during a very winnable game. I understand there was a reason for that but that's not a great way to bring back the normies.

Just listened to the shootout and they kept remarking the ice sucked - is TD station not good for ice conditions?

Just listened to the shootout and they kept remarking the ice sucked - is TD station not good for ice conditions? It's a shootout so it's all chopped up from the third period, but the ice has been terrible the last couple of years. Much prefer the ice at the QPlex vs TD Station when I play.

What a pickup Ben Cross has been. Free agent pickup playing the first line - 7 pts in 9gp.

Nate Tivey has 15 pts in 8gp and is 6'5 could be a good 20 to trade if the market is there

Exciting game last night, this is a fun team to watch. They broke down at the end but managed to pull out the victory in dramatic fashion!

Ridiculous stat of the day
Tivey is currently on pace to break the franchise single season D scoring record before the Christmas break.

Tivey looks so calm when he is in a tight spot. He sees the ice very well. I have been impressed with some of the D the way they are playing.

We’re starting to show some real offensive firepower, and it’s translating well on the ice. The chemistry between Morin and Mateiko is starting to shine, reminding me of the old Mateiko/Reynolds pairing. Adding Groulx up the middle and in front of the net could make that line even more dangerous. The top three lines are all capable of scoring and are working hard to generate offense—no doubt about that. I liked the effort last night. The compete level in the third was solid, but we all know we can't keep winning games if we're allowing close to 50 shots on goal. We'll need to tighten up our 200-foot game without giving up any of the offense. Our struggles in our own zone are still there, but it’s fixable. The boys did a great job of keeping it close, but I’m sure they realize that reducing the shots against is key when we face the Wildcats again. This was a winnable game if kept close, if we can address the Nzone and Ozone entries which will reduce shots on goal. (saying this, we all know, accept and respect the capabilities of the Cats offence) but we know and seen the breakdown on the defensive structure with pressure. ** a couple of these goals against I'm sure the boys said to themselves could have been easily eliminated. (making the game closer)

Jeff Hopkins is an absolute clown.
Beveridge got hit away from the puck 4 times in the first, with one being called (was a cross-check to the face that arguably could have been a 5 and game) and the 4th led to Beveridge getting called for roughing.
