After PEI's 6-2 loss tonight to SJ, it's either they'll be fired up or come out flat like tonight, I predict it'll be a 4-2 Win for Cats & you might see the firing of Yannick Jean in the near future........

5-4 Cats, Jean is always fun to watch, kinda like Martel and you never want to miss the show when Martel is in town.

They were a fired up team for most of the games against Moncton last season so I expect this will be no different. As is going to be the case all season we'll have to come out and work hard if we plan on picking up the W. Should be a good one as it's almost always an entertaining game when these two teams get together. Does anyone else think it's BS that we only play PEI 6 times this season while we now play Cape Breton (who we probably have the LEAST amount of rivalry with in the division) 8 times? Not quite sure what the logic behind that decision was

I have a bad feeling about this weekend ... I can see PEI coming out fired up tonight to avenge yesterday's embarrassment in SJ ... and then we have a rested SJ (no game tonight) at Harbour Station on Saturday in our 3rd in 4 days, followed by our fourth in 5 days Sunday in Bathurst against a Titan team that had Saturday night off - that one could be ugly .... I would be surprised if we get more than 2 points this weekend, and wouldn't be shocked if we get none.

If we get 3 pts out of the the next 3 games it should be deemed successful ... 5 out of 8 for the 4 game stretch. Tonight's game is most important ... at home ... one nights rest ... vs a team that played last night ... and apparently is suffering from the flu.

I would be surprised if we get more than 2 points this weekend, and wouldn't be shocked if we get none. This time last year we got creamed by PEI 7-0 at home on the Thursday. Saint John played on the Friday while we "rested" waiting to play them in Saint John on the Saturday. The "rested" Wildcats ended up losing 4-2 to the Sea Dogs who had played in Halifax the night before. What does it all mean? No idea really but I hope that was an interesting read for everyone I'll only be shocked if we pick up more than 4 points this weekend. Anything 4 points or below won't really surprise me all that much. This is the new and improved Eastern Division 07-08 edition where anybody can beat anybody on any given night.
