They may be a weak team, but they played us pretty well. Esposito and Tessier killed us. But our guys are dead tired. You could definitely tell. Riopel although letting in 4, I thought still played good. The first goal, he should've had though. But on the 28, 29, 30 shots.. he made three great saves.. bangbangbang. Ahh well, they'll get some time off now, not much though, before taking off to Lewiston for a game on Sunday. Eastman practically put the puck in his own net on the 1st goal. He cut the pass and that caught Rio going for the pass, leaving the puck free in the crease. One that had a rough game was Barberio, but one bad game every ten can be expected for a 17 YO. For the first time, I can say I was impressed by Esposito. That guy can skate. That penalty by Eastman in the 3rd really killed the Cats. At the time, they were taking it to the Remparts, pounding them in the boards. But that penalty, followed by the Pianosi penalty and Espo goal. Killed any chance of comeback. Yeah, their 4th goal came on a 5 on 2 PP (5 on 3 plus a bad line change). It was pretty much over at that point. Two days rest before the next one...it'll probably feel like an eternity after the amount of games they played lately so close together.

Grow up you two... LeaskIsMyHero: Refrain from using the term "buttboy", in the context you used it, it is easily read as though you were making a derogatory remark towards a player. SteveUL: Next time you would like to bring to our attention any posts that you believe are out of line, please do so via PM. Their is no need to hijack a thread. Get this topic back on track. Somebody has to do your job because you sure are not doing it ... I'll continue to do the same as I always have. You actually have to come on the board from time to time to be a moderator. I could PM you ... but then it would go unanswered for a day or more.

It wasn't a bad line change. Sill got the puck in the arm and skated to the bench in pain when he had half a chance. The Remps took fully advantage of it.

By the time they figured out who was going on the ice it was too late, they were already across the blue line.

But it was a bad line change ... not on Sill's part as he was in pain and played through it until he had a chance to get off ... probably 20 seconds after he initially took the shot off the arm. But as he got near the bench there was nobody ready to jump on ... two guys stood up and looked at each other and then one jumped on ... by that time there was a 2 on 1 and they scored. Once Sill got hurt somebody should have been up with a leg over the boards waiting for Sill to get to the bench ... because you knew he was coming as soon as he would get a chance. Somebody dropped the ball there and I guess you have to point the finger at Flynn.

Anybody know where Fabian Joseph was last night? Didn't seem to be behind the bench ... I thought I heard Green or someone say during the Cape Breton game that he had stayed in Moncton because of appendicitis. He'll most likely be out for several weeks if he had surgery.

I must have missed the play he was injured on ... as I recall just before he went to the bench, he was able to chop the puck out of the zone, he then peeled and went direct to the bench in pain - I just figured he was hurt on the play where he chipped the puck out - and since it all happened so quick, no one was expecting him at the bench ... maybe no one on the bench was aware that he had been hurt earlier in the shift ...

I was in no way blaming Sill for that one, just a brain fart from the bench.
