Although you are struggling on your power play, Your penalty Kill is just as bad.

Although you are struggling on your power play, Your penalty Kill is just as bad. It comes back to the d-men knocking people down in front of the net. Most of the PP goals are on 2nd and 3rd chances. That's where Baca needs to play more. |

That's where Baca needs to play more. well they played baca couple times then sit him....wish they'd play him more....i'm sorry to say but gomes scares me....yes he has a hard shot from the blue line but doesn't seem to do it as much as he should....other than that i've seen not much from him... |

Some guys seem a little hesitant to shoot quickly. By the time they decide to tee it up it is too late. Pianosi, Barberio and Eastman will shoot so maybe try them with different partners. What about trying Pianosi and Barberio on the first PP and Eastman and Wilson on the second PP? |

Our powerplay will always be suspect for this year at least. The fact is not matter how great Flynn is on developing special teams and their strategies we don't have the talent to implement those strategies with any consistency.
Talent can be offset by repetition a bit and some of our younger talent developing but it's just a fact of life until our prospects develop and or we acquire proven talent.
