This morning's A-N (why is it that they always have the real news?) states MacLellan is questionable for tomorrow with a knee injury, also mentions Brannon as battling a cold, and that Mangan was held out of practice yesterday with a sore back. MacAusland is expected to make his home debut against the Drakkar, and mentions that he played on a line with Lessard against Lewy - not clear if Lessard was demoted to the 4th for the game, or if MacAusland played on the second line, and who was demoted as a result.

I am pretty sure that Macausland played a bit on the PP with Lessard, not so much 2nd line. Should be interesting to see what they try tomorrow night anyways.

If Brannon and MacLellan are out, I would drop Lessard to that line and try Labelle on the top 2 lines to let him prove himself.

I agree that L'acadie Nouvelle is a great news source....they actually take the time to do some real reporting instead of bragging how a player has moved into 8th all time franchise assist leader for right wingers or like yesterday when Hodge was bragging about Cameron and Labelle becoming the 6th highest scoring rookie duo in franchise history ::)wow quite an acomplishement.....I mean does anybody really care about reading that kind of crap? It's not like he was talking about a 50 year old franchise either.

Do you mean they are the 6th highest scoring rookie duo of all time for the Wildcats ? I just assumed he meant "when one of them is from PEI". That is quite an accomplishment ... 6th best in 12 years ... hmmmm ... one might interpret from that that this performance was ... ummmm ... average. They should set up an autograph table the next time these two are healthy scratches together ... with a big banner of course.

Quite frankly I was a bit upset that Hodge never mentioned when Adam Bezak passed Igor Voroshilov on the Cats all-time Euro scoring list.

One more goal and he equals Martikaenan in goals (3) and points (5) ... he is adjusting very well. That should generate a two page indepth article ... with some comments from Bezak's parents and probably Martikaenan himself.

I just got back from picking up some tickets at the Coliseum and heard the guy in front of me talking to someone say that Marquardt is hurt and could be out a while. I also heard he was hurt last night from someone. Not sure if there's any truth to it, but just throwing it out there.
