Chris Moorehouse has more heart than almost everyone on the team...he never takes a shift off....but I have been to three games this year( at Saint John, home tonight and one other that I forget) where he takes terrible penalties.....I just think it would be better to have Brown out there getting ice time than Moorehouse

I don't think getting Brown on the ice instead of Morehouse would help anything. I can't picture Brown playing with Sill and Brannon and, like it or not, Morehouse's line has been the best one lately. True, he takes some stupid penalties, but if you look at the game against Rimouski, he caused the Océanic to take 2 or 3 penalties while playing against him. If he plays on the edge, chippy and remains a pain in the ass, he's ok as our 3rd twenty.
Getting Brown on the ice instead of Brenton, now you're talking.

Anyone who plays with Brannon and Sills would be good especially Lincourt. That's what should have happened.

Whoever plays with Sill and Brannon has to be ready to own the boards, just as these two players do. He has to be able to continue the cycle, protect the puck, read his linemates and be ready to outwork the opposition to keep the puck in. You know, all the things Lincourt was incapable of doing. I really wanted that player to stick with the team, but the way he was playing to start off the season did him in.

So Lincourt didn't play well for 2 or 3 games and Morehouse played only good for 2 or 3 games. First of all, I am far from being one of Morehouse's biggest fan. I was sincerely hoping that Lincourt would be able to dislodge him as the 3rd 20YO. Morehouse has his assets, but as a 20YO, he will only be ok. Lincourt has the potential to be very good. I had called him out after the Baie-Comeau game. Look it up. Saying Morehouse has only played 2 or 3 good games IMO is not fair and a ver poor statement. He has been stuck in a rut the last few games, as has the rest of the team. However, in the last 2 games, he has stepped it up considerably. Anyways, that's not the issue. Lincourt would simply not fit with Sill and Brannon. If Morehouse played the same style but was more offensively gifted, he would be a perfect linemate for that line, because that's all he lacks: offensive prowess. Lincourt's style makes him float around too much to be with such a duo. He can't win battles against the boards and wont be able to steal the puck from a defenseman in the corner. Morehouse can.

Even though they played a better game against Gatineau yesterday, the players/coaches need to WAKE UP!!!
Against Rimouski, the wildcats actually played for about 10-12 seconds with only four players on the ice (they were not penalized at the time). Macausland finally noticed this and jumped on the ice to be replaced about 5-6 seconds later by the player (can't remember who) who should have been there.
A similar play happened against Gatineau where a bad change occurred and they were missing a player on the ice for a good 8-10 seconds.
You know, I'm far from being the best expert on hockey, by I know enough to know that this is not acceptable!
Again WAKE UP!!!

The terrible line changes have been going on all year. I noticed it the first game and every game since. If anything its gotten better.

The defence has been switching up great all year. The forward lines have been off.
Watch Eagles and Marquart....they rarely come to the bench at the end of their shift and it screws up the forwards on the next line...when they do come when they are suppossed to their is no rythm......
When your shift is over get to the bench....Cameron and Magnan always seem to get there, Marquart is the worst offender
