Can't believe the 3 STARS!!!!!! Fully stood on his head last night, could have been 10-2. Didn't even get a star? WTF? He was by far the best player on the ice for both teams. Not sure if this is chosen by Mr Kennedy for some reason I'm thinking it's his little helper

Just to let you know--Fullerton was selected as the #1 star but things somehow changed by the time the list got down to the announcer. Not sure how it was changed but he did have a great game.

No controversey needed. It was a hard fought game and hopefully a good rivalry will continue from it. That would put butts in the seats of both our buildings. Passion and being caught up in the moment made poeple do strange things. This happens in every rink. Let's move on!

Not sure if this is chosen by Mr Kennedy for some reason I'm thinking it's his little helper Naah, neither Al nor I have anything to do with picking the 3 stars Just for the record, Al's a homer. Former players usually are, especially in the building/town where they played. Al obviously wasn't a Maineiac player, but he did win a Memorial Cup on the Montreal Jr. Canadiens before playing for the Quebec Nordiques organization (their minor league team was in Lewiston). It's hard to take the player's mentality out of the player (especially one like Al who was known for fighting!), so expecting non-bias is asking way too much! But he's a colour commentator, so it's excusable. Like I said several times....can we PLEASE see a playoff series between these 2 teams? (And I wish March 4th, I think is the date, was a TV game, when Saint John is back in town)

OK, lets take an objective look at this situation. This can happen in almost any rink in hockey and from time to time it does happen. That being said I would first like to say in 3 years on every sea dogs fan bus trip Lewiston has been far and above the most classiest and friendly fans we have come accross!!!! From their PR person to even people in the resteraunts knowing we were there for hockey, they could not do enough for us!!! To put this in perspective this things happen, it doesnt make Lewiston, their fans, police or arena personall bad. When it happens 3 or 4 times a year in one place, its a problem EI; Chicoutimi!!! So to the Lewiston fans just live and learn from this, let the hockey players deal with each other and just be supportive fans!! I know we can't wait for another bus trip to Lewiston to have another great time with friendly fans and people!! Yes Rob us meeting in the playoffs would be awesome!!!

i just wanted to add to the cop comments made by Lewytown. Sorry to say but as a resident of the lewiston area i can say with 100% conviction that lewiston police will go overboard on almost 90% of any incident. They get a hard-on for these types of scenarios. So if what happened is true that the cop grabbed the player and coach. The coach from Saint John had every right to make that comment.

What started all of this was a pop (or soda for you americans ) was thrown at one of the Sea Dog players and it escalated from there.

HOLY SHIT! When was it acceptable for the linesman to facewash a player and then shove him into the glass!? What, you mean when grant is 3rd man in, and misses and clips the linesman in the face? Get real. He is lucky he only got a facewash and 2. Could get bounced from the league for punching a ref!

I agree and understand that there are decent people in lewy but an incident like this with a few dumbass fans makes everybody look like crap. I'm glad that the other rinks are better layed out.
