I have a few:
1. After every loss, someone will either blame the coach or the officiating. 2. Every time Brett Gallant fights, a fan from another team will come on here and call him a "sideshow." 2a. Multiple SJ fans will take the bait, and step up to defend Gallant's role on the team. This may or may not result in personal attacks, bannings, and further contraversy. Now that's entertainment! 3. After every win, some fans will declare the team a "contender," and look way beyond the first round of the playoffs. 4. After every loss, those same fans will predict a dire end to the season, most probably a loss in the first round, if not missing the playoffs entirely. 5. At least 7 teams in the East (possibly all 8) will tie for second place at the end of the year in one key stat: number of 2007-08 QMJHL titles. 6. Mike Thomas will have either too much, or not enough ice time. Every game. Sometimes both. 7. David Stich will score a goal.
I also have some serious predictions. But they're no fun.
It's gonna be a fun ride, and I look forward to something new in Sea Dog land: Second-half games that matter.

I actually like this post. Rather funny. May as well roll with it.
1. True. 2. True. 2a. True. 3. True, at least to the semi-finals stage anyway. 4. True, other than I doubt anyone is dumb enough to think we'd miss entirely. 5. Obviously true. ;D 6. Hahaha! Very VERY true. 7. The only one I can't agree with. Poor Stich. My favorite current Sea Dog but I think he is just snake bitten in the goal department this year. He's hit posts and crossbars and had pucks going for an open net get deflected away at the last second. Too bad really because a lot of people cannot look past point and goal totals and realize how good the guy plays defensively this year and how valuable that is to the team, especially since he's been paired with our bright rookie prospect, Despres. I'll vote a "false" on this one, hoping to be proven incorrect by Stich scoring one or more goals.

To all the nay sayers out there which there always are some this team (Saint John ) is for real.As I have said on other posts enjoy what you have because the next couple of years you will be one of the top teams in the Q if not the CHL. I hear storys about not selling your rink out for games .Come on true Saint John fans lets fill this place because if you donot some other city will fill their rink for your team because a team of this caliber should have no problem filling your rink.My prediction is that Saint John will finish first in there division.Come playoff time anything can happen but I think their time to win the Big One (QMJHL) title will be next year. So fans of this team enjoy your team as times like this come once in a life time.I saw it here in London (London Knights ) winning the Memorial Cup and that was great and I hope the best for your team
