As a coach I wouldnt say its a Mayer Fullerton thing as much as the soft goal and the coach shows its unacceptable so you make a change and the players keep plugging away. No change and they thing why, we score they score.just for motivation and turning the tables. I am sure the players have confidence in Mayer, just the weak ones kill you
