GDT: Sea Dogs @ Drakkar - November 17, 2007 The Saint John Sea Dogs will wrap up their three-game Telus Division road trip this evening when they take on the Baie-Comeau Drakkar at the Henry-Leonard Centre. The Sea Dogs and Drakkar met twice last season, with Saint John proving victorious on both occasions by a combined score of 8-6. Saint John is coming off of a second period 4-0 lead over the Chicoutimi Saguneens on Friday night in a game which was called during the second intermission after a power outage took place at the George Vezina Centre, negating all statistical information accrued by either team during the first forty minutes of play. Meanwhile, Baie-Comeau is fresh off of a three period 4-0 win over the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles – the top-ranked team in the CHL. Tonight’s game will be broadcast live on News 88.9 FM ( www.news889.com/) Fans can also catch the action live by logging onto the official league webcast at qmjhl.mytelus.com/.

so what if Dido scores today? It would be his 19th. and if he scores tomarrow it would be his 20th....so he got his 18th and 20th in 1 game? lol

Don't the stats from last night count now since we are just replaying the third? It will simply be a continuation of last night's game.

This could make for one of those lovely trivia moments where if anyone scores today and tomorrow, tommorrow's goal would technically count before today's despite happening at a later date.

No, G-Unit, the goal stats are by game, meaning that if he scores today, it is his 19*th goal, pending tomorrow, where any he scores tomorrow go between 18 and any he scores today.

Some BaC players are awaiting eagerly the return of Hooper....Although the passage of A Lamontagne in Bac went rather smoothly. There were no fireworks last nite between Alex and his former mates. The bad idea of having to go back to Sagland and play a 3rd period...

Tonight should be a good test. BC is on a roll and they handled the Eagles pretty easily. Hoping we can keep it close to get 1 or 2 points. 2 points tomorrow is pretty much a given. Really glad we only have to play the 3rd period instead of the entire game.

As route138 said earlier I am sure some of the Drak. players have been looking forward to Picard making his return to Baie Comeau, as I'm sure there are some who havn't given him a second thought since he left....the game will be a big one for both teams with the re-match next week here at the Station, we will be hungry for some points after playing 100 mins. with nothing to show, and they will want to get the points at home having to come here on friday to start a 3 in 3.........prediction, 5-4 B.C in overtime.

This could make for one of those lovely trivia moments where if anyone scores today and tomorrow, tommorrow's goal would technically count before today's despite happening at a later date. Same thing happened last summer in a baseball game....there was a rain delay and I can't remember if the rain stopped or if they finished it the next time the teams met.......but the record was a-rods 500th homerun, he hit one or two in the game and would have ended up technically hitting#500 before #498 and 499....I'm sure someone must remember what ended up happening.
