This should make out to be a Very Very good game. The Sea Dogs are built on the Blue Line and Haven't been potting alot of goals, While the devils have been Scoring alot of goals but also giving up some. Dogs have the Defence and the Devils have the Offence (minus fillier and kempe tonight). I can't see them playing Timo 3 in 3. But after comming off a 42 save shutout last night nothing would surprise me. Either way, I'm comfortable with either Jake or Timo in net, Should make for a very good game batteling for 3rd place. Not tryin to knock your post or anything but the goals for are: Sea Dogs - 3.21 per game Fog Devils - 3.11 per game Goals against: Sea Dogs - 2.78 per game Fog Devils - 3.33 per game That being said with Sparling out the top line has not been as dangerous as it was so we'll see that will likely even things out if ya ask me on the offensive end. That was my bad at that, I just glanced at the GF/GA and didn't take into acount the amount of games played on each side.

That's okay, our offense has started at a respectable rate all three years, and has come crashing down the first two. That had better not happen this year with the offensive talent this team has. We have been seriously underachieving offensively lately, with a dismal PP. Sure, we lost a first liner, but Dido - Liske - Gauthier - Charland - Picard - Leduc - Howes should form a nice top 6. And it isn't like Dido, Liske, Leduc, Gauthier, or Charland are the ones holding us back, though they may be asked to do more than they are capable of.

Some food for thought: Dogs have the second best Points% at home in the league (.8125). Dogs have 6th best Home PK. PP is T-10 at home. Dogs are #3 in GAA at home (2.13). Dogs are 12th in GF/Game at home.(3.25)
Foggies have a .500 Points% on the road. (T-6th) Foggies have the 7th best road PK. Foggies have the 10th best road PP. Foggies are tied for best in Road GAA (3.00). Foggies are tied for 10th in Road GF/ Game (2.80)

Should be Allen (2.77, .894) versus Mayer (2.14, .914) in nets. Allen is 2.96 and .896 on the road, while Mayer is 2.00 and .918 at home.

Boland broke his had on Marc Rechlicz's face a few weeks ago. As far as I know he still has it taped, he can play but can't fight.

battle for 3rd in this one. Dogs 3-2 Ain't it wild. Two nights ago we were in a battle for last place, and now all of a sudden, 3rd is in reach. This division is really tight.

Depending on who wins and loses the next couple of games we could go from potential top ten in Canada to fighting to hold on to top ten in the Q That is what I call competitive. Big win for the boys tonight 5 - 2 Dogs with some surprise performances to pick up the boys.

Allen coming home to NB for a start here scares me. If he starts, look for him to either steal a game or get shelled.
