HOME GAME #2 - SUNDAY AFTERNOON vs. LEWISTON The Saint John Sea Dogs will hit the ice on Sunday afternoon at Harbour Station in a rematch of the QMJHL's opening game of 2007-08.
The Lewiston MAINEiacs bested the Sea Dogs by a score of 4-1 on September 13 at Androscoggin Bank Coliseum, but have since lost three straight contests to Acadie-Bathurst (twice) and PEI.
Saint John, meanwhile, is looking to rebound from a disappointing showing in Friday night's Home Opener, a 6-1 loss at the hands of the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles.
Chris DiDomenico picked up an assist in Friday’s loss, giving him at least one point in all three of Saint John’s games this season. The 18-year old forward currently leads the Sea Dogs in scoring with 3G-3A-6P.
Game time on Sunday is set for 4:00pm. Tickets are available at the Harbour Station Box Office (657-1234).

The Dogs are gonna bounce back no pregame stuff this time straight to the game PEI used Lewy after a tough loss to us and now we'll use Lewy in the same manner.
Sea Dogs win but I'll say ...... Sea Dogs 4 MAINEiacs 3 in OT!

Any word on the starting goalies?
In another thread, someone said Delmas may be hurt, so I wonder if he'll play.
I like the idea of putting Mayer back in there to force him to put the last loss behind him quickly, but I have a feeling it'll be #1 between the pipes for us this afternoon...

I can't be as optomistic as I usually am for this game. The way things have gone, picking Lewiston on the road is somewhat dangerous, especially with the uncertainty around Delmas playing. I'll go 5-3 SJ.
