Night and Day from Friday night. This is your 2006-07 Sea Dogs. Team played very solid as a TEAM. Nice to see 5 players have 2 points and 11 players with a point. Defense played solid, especially Stich who had a ton of shot blocks tonight. Sauve and McNeil were solid too.
I thought the Gauthier-Picard-Leduc line was awesome together. All goals were nice, specially the Stoddards and Charland goals. Special teams were much much better also.
Only dissapointing part of the game for me was when G-Unit didnt fall delivering the puck.

The score really says it all
6-1 the complete opposite of Friday nights game they played extremely well today.
Did Sauve sit at all lol He played a ton!!! This being his draft year he is showing he can handle the load.
I honestly think every player out there held themselves accountable for Friday night and new what they tonight.
Great game had by all!!!

Anyone catch the 7th goal? Or #2 Stich or Goal by Dido even though Stoddard had the breakaway or K Charland #20.......and it goes on Total bush announcing by English Trivett
but AWESOME by our french announcer!!! di di di dominico!!!!!!!! hooooooooooooooper!!!!!!

Other than the poor announcing i thought the boys played an all around great game, but also Lewy looked awful!!

But considering that this was the worst 3-game road trip in team history (really--no exxageration), it's hard to have a whole lot of hope for that. |

Hey littlewolf, I couldn't agree more - Trivett is horrible, there's no excuse for being that bad. In the mean time, while I found the french announcer mildly irritating on Friday night, I found by the end of the game I was really liking his work! His announcing was really entertaining! I especially liked when Trivett screwed up Stoddards goal, but the French announcer had it right... then shortly after came the 'correction' in english. Too funny! Come on Sea Dogs, get someone with the ability and the knowledge to be able to call a Sea Dogs game in english! But keep the French guy! ;D |

Power Play and Penalty kills were better tonite as well.
Nothing annoys me more than a wasted power play.
Needless to say I wasnt annoyed at all today!
Sucks Picard is 20, I think he plays pretty solid.

From what I saw on the webcast, Lewy had a rough beginning, started to play a good game as the first wore on and the second began, then got blown away by the Dido show. So far, he has been in on 6 goals in the 2 W's. It also didn't help that Despres got that shot off...HOLY COW, that was moving.
