T.O. beat Florida 6-3 today. Not sure if Dido played since he had 0 points.
Pitt and Ottawa meet in the final.
Dallas had the day off. Interesting to note, Stich was on Dallas first d pairing for the last game.

Their stats are updated within an hour of the game ending on the home team's official page. Thanks, Moose, I only had Redwingscentral to work with. And they weren't doing the greatest job of statkeeping.

Pittsburgh won the tourney in Kitchener, 5-1 over Ottawa. Grant had another goal. Brett Gallant fought Aaron Boogard, brother of Derek.
Would love to know how that went.
Stich lost again on a terrible Dallas team. So far in 3 games, he has a -3, with 8 PIM and 3 shots while playing on the number 1 pairing with Mark Fistric.

from what i've heard, aaron is a better fighter than derek, who only wins because he uses his size well.

Penguins Win Rookie Tournament Pittsburgh Penguins Sep 10, 2007, 9:08 PM EDT Filewich KITCHENER, Ontario – The Pittsburgh Penguins turned the tables on the Ottawa Senators Monday night, coasting to a 5-1 win in the championship game of the Kitchener Rookie Tournament at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex.
The win came one day after the Senators posted a 3-0 win against the Penguins in the round robin portion of the competition. Both teams finished the tournament with 3-1 records.
Monday’s contest featured a more formidable lineup for Pittsburgh, as third-year pros Jonathan Filewich and Ryan Stone rejoined the team after sitting out as healthy scratches on Sunday.
Their reintroductions made an almost immediate impact, as Stone took a Filewich pass and chipped in a shot from the top of the crease just 1:43 into the game to give the second-ranked Penguins the early lead.
Joe Jensen, who skated alongside Stone and Filewich in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) last season, stretched the lead 20 minutes later, rifling a one-timer off a Tim Wallace feed.
Matt Caria tallied with 2:38 left in the second period to give the Penguins a comfortable cushion, and [glow=red,2,300]Alex Grant added his team-high third goal of the tournament five minutes into the final frame[/glow]. Jensen added his second of the evening three minutes later to finish off the Pittsburgh scoring.
John Curry was nearly perfect between the pipes for the Penguins, stopping the first 18 shots he faced before Ilya Zubov spoiled the shutout with just under 10 minutes to play.

Stich plays tomorrow, so probably will be back Wednesday Do we know for sure if all players will be returning for Thursday's game in Lewy? According to JB, when he appeared on the Afternoon News with Tom Young, Grant got into town this morning, Dido this afternoon, and Stitch tomorrow night at 5pm. The only player they have yet to hear about is Gallant. He has a chance to goto the main camp, and will have a meeting with Bryan Murray and co. this evening, and he'll be informed if he'll be moving onto the main camp, or coming home. JB said that the team would be leaving for Lewiston after Stitch gets into town.
