Langan will definitely need a good year up in Pictou most likely before he is ready for the QMJHL. Hopefully he has a good season and it ready to go for you guys next year.

Id say 6th rd pick...but then again...its so late in camp for all the Quebec teams theyve already cut down to 2 goalies.

Pretty unfair to cut some of these kids, including the two local boys without playing them in an exhibition game. I would not be too happy if I was Langan and Cormier. Whether or not they should be on the team is not as important as having the exhibition game opportunity to prove it. I'm not impressed how this situation was handled. The lineup last night was much stronger than it needed to be and there's no reason that these guys couldn't have played in front of thier friends and family the night before getting cut.

we dressed a strong lineup so jb could see how certain combos click. If he has to choose between Resendes and Knox, he needs each to play with their future linemates, to determine which would be more valuable to the team.

All the hype they made about the locals only to have no gametime at home? The more we try to be possitive to this team , the more they tend to shoot themselves in the foot along with the most horrific anouncing I have seen next to a wrestling card in front of 20 people!!!!

Ignore my comments before, since Knox didn't dress. I forgot, since I end up working through at least part of nearly every game. There was no reason we couldn't have dressed Langan on the first line even, since their linemate was scratched.

They are not going to let Knox go, so according to bjindaho.. resendes is gone.

if we can keep both, then it is resendes or fullerton...otherwise, they were just giving him one more chance to try to prove he clearly is better than Knox.

Honestly, as bad as not having Fullerton may be, Resendes offers a lot. That being said, none of us knows whether we can carry both Resendes and Knox.
