It wasn't a sucker punch to Clarke it was well deserved. Could you explain more? Were they fighting? Did Clarke have his gloves off?

It wasn't a sucker punch to Clarke it was well deserved. Whether or not it was deserved has nothing to do with it being a sucker punch. A sucker punch is one given without warning. Did Curry challenge Clarke to fight and then hit him, or did Currie strike him by surprise? I presume the later.

Currie is the player who hit Clarke. Clarke was skating back yapping as Currie got up after Clarke's knee and and Currie gave him a shot to the head with his gloves on and Clarke went out like a light.
It was a cheap shot but no worse than the one Clarke just delivered. Fully expect Currie to get a suspension.

Hannay will likely get a suspension as well
was a chippy game....
Halifax definitely very short staffed by the 3rd period.. only 9 players on the bench
one note.... I didn't think players were allowed to play without a namebar in the Q.. you guys had 2 maybe 3 guys playing without one

You get fined if teams dont have name bars, i think 1000 bucks per infraction and Halifax has been doing it all year. Not sure why.

The initial call was for tripping, Clarke was skating to the bin and Curry clocked him and he went down. He didn't see it coming. It may have been deserved and with Clarke , he pisses people, a punch to the head would be deserved. That being said, drop the gloves and go versus sucker punching. The next game between these two team will be interesting.

A lot of what you think you saw is not the way it was when you see a replay of the incident.

Sucker punch is a sucker punch and it will be reacted on in next game for sure... Unfortunately for the rest of the team, you're probably right. Who will it cost at that time? Probably the Moose.

Sucker punch is a sucker punch and it will be reacted on in next game for sure... by whom? it helps to win a fight to teach someone a lesson. being ragdolled by your opponent doesn't count.

But suspensions occur after video is reviewed and often it's judged differantly than it was at the time of the infraction when it's slowed down and looked at from differant angles..
