Not that it means a whole lot, but the rosters for the Top Prospects game were released yesterday and with Corbeil's ranking, kind of surprised he didn't get named. He's the top ranked guy in the Q and was passed over for Domingue and Clermont. Not saying those two don't deserve to be playing in that game, but you would think Corbeil would have got an invite seeing as he's ranked 3rd overall and 1st in the Q.

Campbell is ranked ahead of Corbeil... I think Corbeil still gets picked...but i think CSB has him over ranked...it has a lot to do with the fact hes 6'06 Yeah Antoine Lafleur was 6'5 or 6'6 and after a huge 18 yr old season he was the third goalie taken. Which was way to high for an older goalie that really only had a great half a season and it didn't work out. In no way am I suggesting Corbeil will be the next Lafleur just using a recent example of how NHL scouts seem to overrate the really big goalies because they see it them as having more long term potential. I think if you go back over the past 5 yrs of more you will see at least one or two examples each year of the big goalie being taken ahead of some average size goalies and history has shown that the average guys end up being better in the long.

Plus, a lot of the really big goalies(6'4" to 6'6") take a long time to develop and goaltender is a slow position to develop for an NHL team to begin with.

Koskinen went 31st overall with almost no playing experience. Jason Missaien was supposedly the worst goalie there in his first Habs camp (but he's 6'4).

Hey maybe Montreal will take Corbeil in the draft- they love big goalies, taking Missien 6'8" in 2008 and Simmila?? in 2009 who is 6'6"
