Thursday Night Game ......smaller crowd ! Horyl's concussion is probably a little worse than first diagnosed . Hope to see Parker tonight , if he shows as well as this Woodworth kid ....anybody notice his rush with the puck last night ? Maybe him and Fournier do bode well for the future as Offensive Defencemen .I don't like Nick on the wing , I wish Super Mario would move him to center .......maybe he will when Lebault gets back ........Adam , MacDougall,MacNeil,Dionne lots of Centers....................ahh but #21 has shown that he can play anywhere so he can move to a wing , maybe with The Force and Legace.....and Nick between Legault and Shaw......choices.....choices ? Well Stinziani will be back tonight and he should get a nice reception , oh well.......later.

What? You don't think there'll be a good crowd for a mid-week, non-ticket-redemption-night game against PEI? Yes, hope there's an opportunity for a warm reception for Stinz. I heard they may move Adam to another line and put Nick back to C. Might have more choice once everyone's healthy. Post says Paul has upper body injury and Parker is rehabbing, besides Horyl and Legault out. Roy tonight I assume?

I think the Eagles should spread the wealth a little bit. Maybe play Lagace with Adam and Legault , Nick at center with Hertzberg and Horyl on the wings and then a decent checking line with MacDougall, Dion and Bougoeis. Then Cuzner centering a line with Bernard and Shaw on the wings for some energy.
So many different combo's you could use. Just my 2 cents.

You have Legault (best hitter on the team, even after only a few games) banging bodies on the forecheck and digging pucks out for Adam and Lagace. Nick back at center with an ever-improving Hertzberg, and hopefully eventually a healthy Horyl as the sniper on that line. MacDougall and Dion the two former Juniors provide size and two-way play on a checking line (thought Dion was much better last night than in his debut), with Bourgeois who's gotten better as the season's gone alone. And anytime a player as consistent as Brad Cuzner is on your fourth line, your forward corps is looking OK. PS - If he doesn't get the fans' choice award this year, I'll be confused! Also solid fourth-line subins are Cory MacIntosh and Felix Bergeron, two hard-working kids who've been pleasant surprises in small roles this season. Really liked Felix B's game last night.

We can also throw in a young Nick Parker as well. I think if Mario plays his cards right we can be in for quite a second half once everyone is back and healthy.

A less than impressive 1st period. Norm and Ken talking about changing the lines and getting Nick off that line where he's becoming a passenger. The apparent lack of chemistry is becoming a nightly theme on the broadcasts and on the message board.
I'm starting to think that Mario is just too stubborn to change because we watched total lack of chemistry on our 1st line all the 2nd half last year and nothing was changed.
Why leave Nick as a passenger on the 1st line instead of a force on the 2nd line?

Why not try Dion with Adam & Lagace. He can add some grit and he can score too.

well 2-0 now..... I guess this is what happens when were juggling the lines Adam-Legace and Hertz on that line with it being Hertz second shift with Adam and Legace.....
