I remember once when Adam came of the ice after a shift where he had a chance up the ice and turned the puck over and then came back and lost his man down low in his own end. I remember him coming off slamming the door and Mario went down the bench with the mini-board and looked pretty intense in what ever he was saying. May not be the same thing that Ken MacNeil was refering too.
I thought that Morgan Ellis had a very strong game. You have to stop yourself sometimes and remember this kid is only 17. He plays beyond his age for sure.
The line of Legault-MacDougall-Dion continue to impress me they are playing very physical and chipping in with some goals. I hope Mario shows some sense and keeps these guys together for abit.
IMO Lagace and Adam should stay apart, for one they are both shoot first players and plus having them on different lines gives us much more depth. Interesting to see where they insert Horyl when he returns to line-up.

Great weekend! Two of the most inspired efforts we've seen on home ice all season, what a difference it makes when a team plays with hunger. Two of the most important wins of the season, not only in terms of the standings, or in terms of making a statement by beating a top team like Victo, but most of all for the team's confidence.
Awesome to see the team not let itself be satsfied with Saturday night's win, and come out with another very good effort Sunday.
Great stuff - if we can see that kind of work ethic on a regular basis, then we might be in business.

It is too bad that even with all this it is still going to result in a first round exit for the Eagles.

Should be a good test next weekend when they played the Dogs back to back.
