Just mentally imagine that from our 08 draft, Ellis was the first round pick and Shaw the 3rd rounder. Then, things look about right. All it takes is flip-flopping the choices in your head. As for LeSieur, I found this year that some nights he showed flashes of why he had so many excited in his first training camp at 16......... and other nights, he was Casper the Friendly Ghost. Just not a factor. Couldn't deny his talent, but he was here one night and not the next. Kind of like pretty much every prospect the PEI Rocket have ever had. ;D As for the game last night, I wasn't there, but sure am glad to hear Legault had such a big game against his former team!!!

I agree. The expectation from a first rounder is what is driving a lot of the angst against Shaw. If I was Mario I would sit Shaw a few games to see how he responds. Right now it is kind of like a free pass and when Cuzner and Bougie comes back who do you sit? Macintosh and Parker for Shaw? Right now I like Woodwards play on D and would even consider moving Fournier up in the playoffs to forward considering he played some on the PP early in the year. I think that would add some speed up front over a Shaw.
