If we lose a 2nd game in a row at the Metro Centre Today then the ride home will not be a very pleasant one for our Boys . Super Mario more or less said in the Post that the Team cheated and did not keep to the Game Plan Friday Night . Hopefully Clarke gets "tuned up" Today and the Boys fill the net . Look for the Line Juggling to continue as Mullethead keeps his philosophy of anybody should be able to play with anybody .............hell I wouldn't be surprised to see Adam with Bergeron and Macintosh on the Wings............Nick Parker between Legacy and Legault.... ....I'm guessing The Kid Today ............? * NOTE : Today's Start Time is 2:00 with Kenny the Homer and that Ryan Guy on at 1:30 with the Pre Game Show ! ;D

Anyone know what happened to Logan Shaw last game? He never played a shift in the third period.

If Stephen Horyl can,t get Legace going .......I;m not sure who can , smart and unselfish with a Team First attitude may be just the Ticket for Legace !

I really have to question the decision to cut Holden for Verroneau....we seem to be riding Roy the whole way, despite the fact we have nowhere to really go in the standings.
A game like today, early afternoon in Halifax, I can't figure out for the life of me why we don't give the kid a start in a game like this and save Roy for when we really need him.
I guess the reasoning is that we're going with a couple rookies on D today, but isn't that a prime teaching/coaching example for the 3 of them considering it's the worst team in the league and we have nothing to play for anyway?

Lagace had a couple of really good hits on Friday night against the Moose. And on today's broadcast, it sounded like he crunched another couple of guys. I know we brought him in to score goals, not so much for hitting, but hopefully little things like this are a step in the right direction - perhaps a sign he's getting more in his comfort zone and his confidence is coming back. I know it seems like it's taking forever for Lagace to get going, but as long as he gets there by mid-March it won't matter how long it took.

After a sluggish first period that saw the Eagles trail 1-0, they now lead 3-1 in the second. Adam with the first two goals, giving him 43 now on the season. That ties him with Dean Ouellet's 07-08 total, the third-highest single season goal total in Eagles history. Ryan Walsh's 47 in 97-98, and Cam Fergus's 53 in 06-07 are the only ones ahead.
And just a few minutes ago, Max Legault went top shelf on a breakaway for his third as an Eagle, making it 3-1 CB. He was sprung on what sounded like a great pass from Viktor Hertzberg.
