First period is over and the score is 1-1 both goals scored on the PP. The Moose have Desjardins, Frk, Grant, Amyot, Bishop and Corbeil sitting. Delmas gets the start and faced 15 shots (Hali has 7 shots) in the first... looks like they are trying to show him off to SNB Souligny scored the Moose goal... I like that they're giving every line a chance a pretty much every role. I think our last three preseason PP goals have come from Ryan, Ciampini and Souligny... meanwhile it's the other teams' 19 and 20 year olds scoring on the Moose on their PPs.

Moose 2-1, Turbine continues to contribute with a 5 on 5 goal assisted by Warner and Ryan another good sign of the times of the six points only Clarke's assist was the only point by a veteran all other points were by rookies. Also I hope that management rethink the goaltenders situation and let Delmas and Corbeil fight it out for the #1 job and allowing Terenzio to get his games in as well, I know its not the best arrangement but personally Corbeil has never (with the exception of one or two weekends) demonstated the confidence to be a top goaltender in Major Junior, maybe he will and maybe he won't, if he can't handle it then Delmas would be more valauable with us then what we would get in a trade and we could trade Corbeil at Christmas.

Make the final 2-1 Mooseheads ;D
EDIT: Delams stopped 36 of 37 shots, of which 21 were from the dangerous area. Hope that helps the trade potential.

Looks like Turbide and Ryan continued to play well together. Last game it was Ryan with two goals and tonight it was Turbide with a goal and 5 shots.
Looks like Delmas stood on his head.

Clarke fought Kirkpatrick ... Kirkys second carreer fight...his first was agains Perrault. WTF happened aha Clarke fought Kirkpatrick? This wasn't a fight. This was Kirkpatrick hitting Clarke who didn't take his gloves off and I don't even think he expected it. Why he didn't let loose on Kirkpatrick, I'm not sure. Clarke should have and could have beat the shit out of him and skated away. If he doesn't have a broken jaw or cheek-bone it'll be hard to believe. Kirkpatrick clearly took a "Chicken shit" shot at him and Clarke didn't do anything and still got 5 minutes. Coaches were livid. Bad call. A year ago Clarke would have dropped the gloves in a minute. This one was hard to watch him skate away. He should have unloaded on Kirkpatrick. WTF is right!!!

Sounds pretty cheap... and the refs are perfectly capable of screwing up a call to screw over Clarke.
Saint John is easily my guess for the Hali's top rival this year. They had some nasty games last year.

They had some nasty games last year. No doubt man, this game was real chippy. I'll have to admit that I didn't see the punch that Kirkpatrick threw on Clarke as it was behind the play. I thought it was funny that both got 5 for fighting as only a pair of blue gloves were on the ice. If that was Thomas, I'm sure he would receive a lengthy suspension. Later in the 3rd, I don't know if it was Clark or Desmarais (both in the mix) but one of them went after Galiev and jumped him and a few minor scuffles emerged from that. Gotta love pre-season. PS. Really like (hate) that Warner kid. Loves to hit and shit disturb. Wouldn't stop yapping in the penalty box all night. He is going to be one of those players the other teams, and their fans, hate but is entertaining.

That doesn't make any sense, keep 3 goalies until Xmas? What would you do with Terenzio?
