That was a beauty hit by Leduc before the fight, although you can hardly call it a fight!
I'll have a clip soon as well as the fights from the Mooseheads game. Carrier/Lewis was a nice tilt.

Can anyone tell me who assisted on Horyls goal? And second part: I REALLY need some help here. I don't have internet. I use a Blackberry (Curve, to be exact) and the new qmjhl site doesn't work on my phone. Anyone having a similar problem? Know anywhere else to view the scores/updates? Help, please. Boudreau-Plouffe and JS Fournier had the assists. Plouffe's first Q point came off a really smart play. He had the puck in his own zone, then banked it off the boards to his right before skating around the Rempart and beating him to his left. He then regained the puck and gained the offensive zone, where he set up Horyl for an absolute rocket to the top corner, glove side. No clue on your 2nd question!!

Saw this one on the webcast as well.... very impressed with the effort from the Eagles. Great to hear from Quebec posters who were at the game as well. The Eagles did very well to keep with a talent-laden Quebec team.... I thought in terms of keeping possession the Eagles were Quebec's equal. Although as alluded to by some of the Remps posters, Mario relied a bit more on his top 2 lines than he did in the first two games. I'm impressed by the chemistry of MacDougal & Hertzberg though. Great shot by Horyl on the goal (off a very nice play by Plouffe as Deer documented), roofing it on Appleby. Of course, while I've been happy/impressed with our top two lines, it's relative- you can tell this team isn't on par with a lot of other offenses in the league, but you certainly can't complain about the effort. Hrabrenka had a solid game. It was great to see Leduc throw a big hit and be willing to drop the gloves... shocked he didn't get a 10 for raising his arms after the fight, based on what happened in the PEI game on Friday. Good to see Metcalfe back too... as I've said before, he'll likely get exposed a bit by playing over his head but he's steady and provides some leadership back there. As for the Remps, while it might not be encouraging to so narrowly beat a projected-bottom team like CB, let's not forget they were missing some names. Roy is advertising more work ethic and you could see that in their game, but with some flashy individual skill- while the territorial play was even, Quebec's forwards were a bit more creative as you would expect. Appleby looked pretty solid in net (as did Lacerte for us.) A loss in the standings for CB but certainly a game to be happy about as a fan of a younger rebuilding team. Hopefully the score holds today in Rimouski and the trip can end on a positive note!

A few friends have blackberrys, not sure if they are curves, but they have been experiencing issues as well with the Q site.

The Remparts of the past two years would have given up after 2 periods but this team didn't. You can't always win 12-3. I'm happy they found a way to win this game. It was a low scoring game but still, the two teams fought hard and it was pleasant to watch. I thought they would struggle on offense this season as they lost key players (Vallerand, Paquette, Kugryshev and Stefanovich) but right now they're second in goals scored in the league while still missing their best forward (Bourque) and the 4th-5th best forward (Hoefflin). And rookie goaltender Jimmy Appleby has been great so far. Domingue will need to be good because we know his second can do the job.

That's true- at the end of the day, if you win, there's something to be happy about. Good teams find a way to win in all kinds of different ways. Perhaps Quebec has finally found the right mix between work ethic and skill.
