Chisholm would have been, but he's been playing great so he will get a long look. true. and not to take anything away from him but the lund situation is playing out well for him personally. Chisholm will be an affliate player and is going to play with Wolverines this year. But the Moose planned to have him around for a long look for a while (before Lund was injured).

8 goals so far.... 18 goals in 2 games so far... of course, could mean nothing but its certainly looking like the offense will be pretty sick this year. Add Voracek and Knotek in there and it could be our best offense ever.

Like it's been said before, we get Pelletier here and this team could have that elusive championship. The offence has been looking pretty impressive so far. I know preseason means squat, but I think it's the start of something pretty special.

8-5 for the Moose was the final, Dumaresque let in 3 during the 3rd with more shots and dangerous shots than Kennedy who let in 2. I hope our goaltending situation works itself out.

Neither of those 2 will play a big role on this years team anyway...but for the record i didnt think Kennedy was bad tonight.

Costly win...
Bodnarchuk, MacMillan, Monast and Pridham all had some sort of injury.
Monast -- took a shot off the foot, came back though
Pridham -- Main hit him from behind...cut his face, missed half a period.
MacMillan -- Jammed his shoulder....didnt come back, not sure on how he is doing.
Bodnarchuk -- Kana hit him knee on knee early in the 1st...didnt come back, no word.

MacMillan - I really think it was his head. He got his head smashed off the boards and looked wobbly. Bodnarchuk - Was standing around off ice during the third. If it was serious and something with his knee they would have took him to the hospital. I'm thinking charleyhorse...

I dunno..I felt Pender was brutal...his decision making is atrocious...he has the skills to be a very good player in this league but he has no sense for the game.

yeah i saw bondarchuk walking up the steps where i was setting and he was limping on his right leg so its obviously sore but i would really doubt its anything in which he will miss any time...on another note Voracek is leaving Aug 4th i think for camp and i was just wondering generally when NHL camps are over cause i seem to forget

NHL camps open around September 15...most teams have rookie camps that take place before then and they invite a few rookies to main camp.

I guess brutal was a bad word to use...he wasnt brutal, i just didnt think he was that good. He has all kinds of tools, he can skate, has a booming shot and hes big...but he seems to make odd decisions with the puck, especially once he gets into the offensive zone. He isnt our #1 dman so he likely wont be playing those kind of minutes this year...as a #4 or #5 dman he is quite good.
