I'm sure pens just sat quietly and didn't taunt anyone too lol. There are some real assholes in Halifax, but most people are cool, and realize it's just a game. Not sure how anyone can condone Fraser's act though. Literally wasn't sure if he was going to be able to get up, trainer rushed out and he stayed down for over 2 minutes, then when he went back to the bench and didn't go back to the room, I knew it was all an act. Classless. Glad the refs did not fall for it and hand out a penalty to Halifax on the play. Get over yourself......Nikolaj Ehlers took a hit behind the net in the Charlottetown series, and the way he went down, and stayed down, most of us thought he must have been seriously injured, clutching his throat as if he couldn't breathe. He was down for well over 2 minutes, yet was right back out next play. Video shows he never got hit anywhere near his throat or head. What a classless guy..... Must have choked on his gum...... Perhaps look in your own backyard before calling others out.....it happens all the time in hockey, and Moose players are no different..... I saw Meier do it too in the series. He was in front of the Islanders net and a stick cameup which never hit his face, he went down like he got shot and stayed down but was out the next play.

I don't condone such garbage ... but it happens. And it especially happens when you wear the visiting team jersey. So while you might enjoy the attention ... you brought it on your GF. Wearing the visiting team's jersey is just painting a big target on your back and the people with you. Especially in the playoffs when things aren't going well for the home team ... idiots are going to lash out. Meh. I can take it and so can she. We've gone to MANY games cheering for the opposing team MLB, NHL and QMJHL but this was the first time I had someone hurl insults like that and start offering money to me lol. And to GMAN, I'm not a confrontational guy, you can ask anyone in the section, I didn't fire back until late in the third period and I didn't swear. But like I said, Moose fans around me told them to let me be, etc and a dozen fans after the game shook my hand so if I was being classly I don't think they would have reacted that way. I know a lot of Moose fans are upset but I still didn't think you guys were that bad. Bibeau vs. Fucale was the difference. Fucale is one of my favorite goalies in the league but you can't let an unscreened floater go under your glove in a tie game. That set the tone for him, he lost confidence and while the other goals weren't weak, he wasn't able to make the big save like he usually can. I can't even imagine someone saying that stuff in the Metro Centre, especially lower bowl lol. I have never heard anything really nasty said to other team fans and I have sat all around them over the years. I could see it happening high up in the upper bowls where there would be more casual fans, groups of teens etc, taking in the game and getting a little drunk. The lower bowl is usually more reserved in how vocal or obscene it can get I find.

They would chirp me after after Foreurs goal and I ignored them until very late. Anyways, water under the fridge. Who cares? It's over now, Sent from my SGH-I337M using proboards

If someone is feeling in the mood to shitdisturb, they should call up Rink Rant next time Ducharme is on and ask what is up with this.

Same level of maturity as the idiot who came to the Coliseum during the playoffs 2 years ago and got seats right next to the Wildcats bench and yelled over the glass at Roman Will "I f... your sister last night." Some people should not go out in public.

Go Moose Go I was disappointed Fri night being at the game, had to work last night so I was from time to time checking twitter had my friend texting me updates it's going to be an uphill battle but I think we can take Game 3-4 ;they took two in our barn so it's time to go to Val'dor and return the favor. (We just need to get it together, we beat these guys twice during the regular season so we can beat them.) Keys to game 3 victory get Bibeau moving side to side, more traffic, get around blocked shots, Get everyone going, Fucale has to outplay Bibeau, better officiating. It takes 4 to win a series, they've only won 2 go up there with the mindset guys of taking home ice back. (Thank you kindly I want a game next Saturday)

Moose played hard last night, extremely hard. Puck possession was prob 70/30 Moose? give or take. Boys are just fighting it a bit right now. You play that hard, you're gonna win most nights. "Most" key word there.
Unfortunately, off night for Fucale and Bibeau was outstanding again. Their D is just solid. I really can't recall one breakdown thru the first 2 games. They've blocked shots, clogged lanes, and when they get the puck, they're up and out. Very efficient.
Hopefully in VD, they'll open it up a bit. Sounds odd to say given their offense, but that might help the Moose. They might take more chances, take more risks on home ice in front of their crowd, and we can get more chances and cash in.
I have no question we can beat them, just hasn't happened yet. Big hole to climb out of, but this team is capable of doing it. Not saying they will...but don't count them out.

Wow.. Genuinely shocked to open this page and see the result. I hadn't checked in after game 1 and just assumed the Moose would have a 2 games to 0 lead in the series after the weekend.
I certainly won't count them out at this point in the series, and it would be ill-advised for the Foreurs to as well. I'm sure the coaching staff will have them ready for a desperate Moose side, and likewise the Moose will be up for this one like they haven't had to be in a while. Human nature takes over, during the long run of success they've enjoyed, they probably haven't really had to dig deep like the opposition has. That should change now, it should be their best game in a while, should be... I may have to tune in to this one, for the first time in these playoffs. I'm intrigued..... Git r done Moose..

I'm disapointed none of you got the Trailer Park Boys reference but you are all forgiven because it was used during their live Christmas tour and not during an episode or movie. I bet you guys are really happy it's not 2-3-2 now eh? Having the next 3 in our barn would be a really tough hill for you guys to climb. At least this way you only have to win 1 game to bring the series back to the Metro Centre. I continue to be impressed by Gadoury. Good for you guys to have a Charlie Coyle esque free impact player. I gave you guys shit for not doing anything at the deadline but adding him trumps that for sure.

I gave you guys shit for not doing anything at the deadline but adding him trumps that for sure. He's been more then anyone could have dreamed he'd be. The one glaring weakness in the Moose lineup in the first half of the season, was the need for another top 6 forward. Ciampini couldn't get it done, D. Moynihan wasn't ready, same for Meier. A lot of fans (me included) wanted Cam to go out and trade for a Lafontaine from Bathurst, or a guy like him (Lalonde from Moncton). But to get a guy for free, who's probably better then anyone we could have acquired, is/was amazing. He'll be an impact 20 for sure next year. His shot and hands are his best attributes, and the ones that stand out, but I think the thing I like most, is he's so strong on the puck, strong on his skates. Almost impossible to knock off the puck. It enables him to make plays in traffic and take the puck to the net. You look at him, he's only 5'10" listed at 180. But he's a strong 180 lol. He's 19, so I didn't expect him to get pushed around, but still, surprisingly strong for his size.
