He has Drummondville ranked 1st in the West. That's because the west is so wide open it's unreal. Go look at the west teams and it's not hard to tell any one can really take it. That division can be a bunch of 500 teams going into the trade period and one team making a bunch of move to try and grab the 3rd seed. I can't predict the future but it wouldn't surprise me if the team that wins that Division is around the 75pts mark. Let's put it this way if Halifax was in this division they would win it. The Maritime division is pretty open also, outside of Bathurst and SJ anybody could win it. Halifax has enough stars and Charlottetown added strong vets, Moncton and CB are good but not great...1-4 could turn out to be 4-1 instead. Even SJ has the talent to really surprise if a few FA's do well plus the Euros make an immediate impact. Losing Cooper will hurt though...

A lot teams in the west went all in last year and are now depleted. This division how ever is teams on there way up from rebuilds. Halifax should be sellers and not even in this discussion. Moncton is in a spot where they really have to go all in. They just need a lot of help. They have key pieces but big holes as well. There defense could use at lest one big name back there. Another question is what Dubeau are you going to have game in and out? He seems to take some games off. I still say CB is in front and should walk away with it. If Darcy comes back no one even come close to them. The only really hole is Brassard is a so so goalie (good but not great). The only really slight against CB is they're kind of young. There core is a bunch of 18yos. Don't get me wrong I would take that any day. PEI did a great job of putting together a competitive team this year. Went out and got a good group of 19s and 20s to help bring the you guys along. How good they do will be on the shoulders of there Euros. If there Euros excel they will be fighting for top spot. If they are just your average euro then I think they'll be 3rd in the division. The players they have added are players that fill the holes just not players that put teams over the top. That's what they will need from the euros to fight for first.
