Hopefully Drum Wins so some teams pass HFX in the standings. I am sure Ehlers will screw that up though!

The Mooseheads win (a sarcastic yippee!)
Only heard the game, but John Moore made it sound like Anthony Brodeur had the game of his life tonight (it may have been). The Mooseheads, sounding like couldn't capitalize on their chances in regulation and the OT. Resop must have been at least OK.

The Mooseheads, sounding like couldn't capitalize on their chances in regulation and the OT. Resop must have been at least OK. I wouldn't call it the game of his life. But he deserved first star for sure. Ehlers walks through Volts: www.tvasports.ca/2015/01/15/ehlers-se-moque-des-voltigeursNice to see Gadoury score in the shootout to keep it going. I feel like he's in a bit of a slump. Hopefully this gets him out of it. Sweet Datsyuk by Fitzgerald for the winner in the shootout. I'll never be unhappy with a win. Might have to live with the fact that we're not going to go in the toilet completely until at least the 2016-17 season (If Ehlers is back next year).

mooseinfo you where right, Ehlers along with the rest of the team screwed it up.
This is a good well coached hockey team. We will not be contending for the coin flip.
We dominated tonight. Saturday against a good team goaltending won it for us. Tonight we managed to get it done against a goaltender who stopped 53 shots.
Time to start talking abut tweaking lines and how far this team can go.
The youg dee was pretty solid tonight. Limiting mistakes and getting the puck out. Hunter was playing second pair and looked like he had played at this level before. Fitzgeralds goal in the shootout was just a beautiful move.
Ehlers line was sick.
Going forward I don't think Falkenham is a fit with Gadoury and Danny Moynahan I hope Dom tries someone there with a bit more offensive skills. We need that line to score and although Falkenham brings a lot to the team he is not top 6.
I though the third and fourth lines played well tonight.
I am not saying this team will be in the Memorial Cup but in a year when there is a lot of close teams who knows how far we can go. We are 3 points out of having home ice advantage in the first round.
Was terrible fun tonight.
GO MOOSE!!!!!!!

The hands on Cavan Fitzgerald in the shootout are unreal. Even with Ehlers, Meier and Gadoury, he should be our first shooter every time. Sick, sick hands.

I Should start keep tracking how many games have I called right? I did say 3-2 I didn't say it was going to be in regulation. Boys started out very slow, in fact Drumondville scored on their first shot and the boys didn't have a very good first period. In the Second they came out flying, and were throwing pucks at the net had many good chances before and after Ehlers tied it; that kid has found a new level he made the Drumondville d look silly twice tonight. Third, they just kept on pressuring but couldn't solve Brodeur that kid will be in the AHL next season he is one very good goalie. Overtime solved nothing, even if we did have a powerplay; the shootout was fun and nice to see young Resop getting some wins in his starts. (This team is starting to gel; Cape Breton or our Quebec trip won't be easy I'm especially not looking forward to next Fri night but I guess you never know) The only call I didn't like was on Falkenham but other than that the officials let them play very happy about that.
