Interesting to look at the contrast in record vs Maritime teams and Quebec teams...
For the Cats it's...
vs Maritimes 31-7-2 vs Quebec Teams 12-10-1
Wonder if other Maritime teams have the same, anybody know if the new Q site has those stats?

It's hard to see, comes out small. Interesting...vs Quebec teams... Mon 12-10-2 Cha 12-10-2 Hal 12-10-2 CB 11-10-3 SJ 10-10-2 Bat 4-19-1 Overall 61-69-12(.429 winning%) and nobody over .500. The difference between Moncton and everybody else in the division(except Bathurst) is the head to head games in the Maritimes. The 5 top teams only have a small difference in pts vs Quebec teams.

I'm sure I answered the same question for you about 2 weeks ago. The West does not have a much better record outside it's division (although with Val d'Or surging it improved slightly since 2 weeks ago). It's the East division that is dominating with 3 teams near the top. Link: chlcluster.leaguestat.com/download.php?client_code=lhjmq&file_path=daily-report/daily-report.html

Lost both games against Drummondville, who weren't as bad as they are now at the time, and also had a couple rough road trips against the West earlier in the season.

Armada is virtually assured of finishing 3rd. They would need 5 pts more than Riki in and 4 more than Moncton with only 3 games to play.

Armada is virtually assured of finishing 3rd. They would need 5 pts more than Riki in and 4 more than Moncton with only 3 games to play. Moncton needs 1 pt to clinch at least 2nd. BBA is at 89 pts today with only 2 games remaining, so they can only get to 93 pts. Since I think they edge us in the tie-breaker, we'd need just one point in our final 3 to finish ahead of them. Our final 3 are hal on Wed, at Home vs Hal on Friday, and at home vs Char on Saturday. I think we can manage a point but obviously we are looking for 3 wins. So ... who will we play ... assuming we finish 1st or 2nd ... Victoriaville appears to be almost a lock for 16th. They host Shawinigan on Friday, and then host Drum on Saturday. They sit at 60 pts with just two to play, so the best they can get is 64 pts. That also means that they can't catch CB, so CB will be 15th at worst. They'll lose to Shaw and beat Drum ... to finish at 62. Chicoutimi sits at 63 pts with two to play, so they can get to 67 pts. They have a home and home with BC remaining which will be tough to get points from. BC is still battling with Sher, Que, and VD for positioning, but can't drop below 8th. Chicoutimi has played pretty well lately so I think they'll manage a split with BC and finish with 65 pts. Gatineau are at 64 pts with 2 to play ... so they can get to 68 at best. They have two road games left in Drum and in Shaw to close it out. They'll beat Drum, and take Shaw to extra time, and will finish with 3 pts for a 67 total. CB could fall to 15th, but very unlikely. They are at 66 pts with two to play, so they can get to 70. They host Bathurst for two home games, and Bathurst might manage a loser point, but CB will get 2 wins for 71 pts. So ... I think it is now most likely that we face Chic or Vic in the 1st round ... depending where we finish. Quebec and Shawinigan are battling for that 4th seed, and so both teams will be playing hard for that. Quebec has a home and home with Rimouski ... and Shawinigan has 3 left ... @rim, @vic and hosting Gat to close it out. The 4th seed is important because it guarentees you home ice advantage in Rd 2, if you manage to get there. And since 4th will play 5th in Rd 2 ... getting that 4th seed is key. Both Shaw and Quebec will battle hard to the wire ... which will make it tough on Rimouski who has to play them both.

Seems like there's a pretty good chance tomorrow's game in Halifax could be cancelled. Then what? 3-in-3 would seemingly be the only option after that and I'm sure neither team wants that. It could really hurt the Cats chances of grabbing 1st overall and even more importantly it hurts big time if they start the playoffs earlier due to building availability
Just get the heck down there today and play it front of no one tomorrow if need be.

They can't reschedule to Thursday because there's a Rainmen game so it's Sunday or tomorrow and Sunday sucks for both teams so I don't see why they wouldn't have already planned to leave today.

Would Sunday even be an option? The season ends on Saturday so it's unlikely you'd be allowed to play after the season. It would most likely have to be tomorrow or Thursday at somewhere like the Forum.

Yeah that's a whole other story, didn't realize there was no other games on Sunday, I think normally there is games on the last Sunday of the season. So you'd potentially be making a few teams wait to find out where/when they have to make their hotel arrangements and such so yeah I can't see them not playing the game tomorrow. Really no reason for the Cats to not hit the road today and play it tomorrow whether there's fans in attendance or not like Steve said.
