It's a tough choice for kids like Higgins; would he rather play a lot in Junior A, or end up playing 4th line minutes/occasional healthy scratch in Major Junior. Him staying in Junior A (Truro) is the right one for him at this time as he's developing his game and learning what he needs to to advance to the next level. Plus Truro (as always) is a contending team and it's always good to be around a winning atmosphere.

Last night he played ES, PP and SH and while he is small he has a high hockey IQ. His goal last night on the PP was from going to the net and not being afraid to get clobbered and he had some great scoring opportunities from plays he generated on his own and just being in the right spot or going to the right spot to be sent in. I think the family made the right decision to wait until training camp next year- I will be shocked if he isn't on next year's team.

He should at least get a long look at the Mooseheads training camp next summer; has some offensive skill and isn't afraid of the physical stuff. He has a good chance of sticking.

Geez 6 goals not too bad for a cementhead defenseman. Can't wait to see this guy for a full Season next year. Just renewed my Season Tickets.

Hopefully Charlebois will be the D that Argento could have been. I liked him the one game I saw at the Forum last August; he has good instincts, great size at 6'2" 212 at the time and should be a nice compliment to what we already have on D and perhaps MacIsaac.

As a 13 and 14 year old Charlebois in the discussion for being a top 5 pick in the 2015 draft. His injury and I assume some other factors as well dropped his ranking, but I still hope he could be a real steal in round 3.
They seem quite high on Lepage as well.
