I agree, seems like he doesn't want to be here anymore. Reminds me of Carrier before he got traded. Numbers aren't everything, Dubois needs to step it up. Hands down the funniest post I've read on this forum lol Lol hilarious

Just a couple of quick comments on the posts about the Halifax game.Looks like we had a steady parade to the penalty box, yes,Dumont needs to improve the power play and as others have commented, is not a good coach. As far as Dumont's lack of foot speed,I also noticed that but didn't put much into it.Remember, he bulked up by about 20 pounds this summer and sometimes that additional weight and muscle affects coordination and foot speed in some athletes.Might be too early to see it as a sign of him being disinterested just yet, although he would not be the first player who wanted nothing to do with Dumont.

A couple of quick comments ......anybody think maybe he ( Dubois ) just had an off day ? Also , if he was upset at Dumont they had better nip this one in the bud because if the #8 rated player for next years NHL Draft wants out or lets just say not happy playing for him then a lot of unwanted attention would come Cape Breton's way.................my guess is that at this current moment in time is that the kid just wasn't feeling it yesterday , if it continues we will see it with our own eyes.

Dubois is 17 years old. How many players that age are consistent on a night to night basis in junior hockey. He was arguably the Eagles best player the first 5 games of the season while the big guns were at pro camps. People here grasping at straws saying he doesn't want to be here is just laughable. Almost the same as last season when someone had to start a rumour saying he and Svechnikov hated each other and didnt want to play together. Turns out its quite the opposite as the two trained together all summer.

Dumont seen it I'm guessing since he didn't see the ice in OT and martineau did.

There's a reason players need to be viewed multiple times to be properly evaluated. What if the player is playing through a minor injury or sickness? Pretty laughable to expect a comment saying he's lazy to be taken seriously when the player shows a consistent work ethic and everything is based on 1 game on the road.

Belanger with 39 saves and the win. Its just 1 game though, to all those Belanger haters. And everyone notices they're nowhere to be found after every solid game he has.
