Aside from tonight what other games did he get light up in? None that I recall. They brought back Tmej because Bouchard is at NHL camp. In 3 full games, he's given up 5 or more goals in each. Stats so far 4.46 GAA .850%, not very impressive. I have no idea where you're getting this information, but it's incorrect. This is the only game he's given up five goals. He gave up four in the first rookie game against CB and I believe you said he looked good that game. Gave up one in a half game against Halifax. Gave up one in a half game in Charlottetown. Gave up two in a half game at home against Charlottetown. Then he gave up four (on 38 shots) in Halifax last Sunday. No reason to bring up meaningless pre-season numbers. I think you're a smart enough sports fan to know that exhibition games mean absolutely nothing. Julio Bilia has a 5.29 GAA and 0.841 save percentage in pre-season. Guess he sucks now! Or we can look at Alex D'Orio, who has a 5.50 GAA and .869 sv%...the future looks pretty bleak in Saint John!

we can't end up last in the league and get the first overall pick.. Can you imagine how many third and forth round picks shannon could get in a trade for the #1 pick..

The Wildcats fans are gonna have some very long evenings at the rink this season. Not much to chew on this roster.

why come on and make a comment like that especially a team as succesful as MOncton yeah it may be a long year for fans but they will be a powerhouse sooner than later. I as a Islanders fan and you as a Titan fan would give anything to have the success the Cats have had and if fans of the 2 organizations I just mentioned say they don't they are out right lying.

I meant 4 goals not 5, that's a typo. The stats are on the league site. Preseason numbers are not the be all and end all, but he hasn't passed the eye test either. He was ok in the rookie games, did not really stand out. If they had not made him big promises, Tomej would have easily beat him out for a spot. I heard rumblings from some around the team that they are thinking of keeping 3 goalies and Waite would be #3 mostly to practice with an eye to moving Bouchard later...not sure if they go through with it.

Just to put the record straight, Stephane Paquette was there last night, but no mention of the result or tally of the game last night in L'Acadie Nouvelle. No mention in T&T either.... Isn't that strange! So to put the record straight once again, I feel compelled into telling facts for once to the WCs fan base. All for fun of course. Their Northern cousins on the other hand very seldom get coverage.

Right ... missing Weiderer, Malatesta, Bouchard, Kevin Klima, Lane Cormier ... and Mika Cyr. It's pre-season ... nobody cares.

The significant missing part was really Weiderer who is your best sniper. But even so your team will be battling to stay around 0.500 this season. Bouchard is not an impact netminder as a stopgap and your defense is really weak. I was also surprised how easily the Titan were win in battles along the board. Not too many presences to the front of the net on the WCs part.

It's going to be a tough year with so many rookies, no size we are going to get pushed around, questionable defence, not much offence, I can see some long nights, but Shannon says we are going to be fast maybe the opponent won't be able to catch us. who knows
