LV is much quicker than Winnipeg and harder working, the Jets are in trouble. Too many big slow guys that don't move their feet especially on defense. LV is smaller but they move their feet and constantly pressure the puck.

Winnipeg is not slow, they are being careless with the puck and that is playing into LV's counterstrike game.

Winnipeg is not slow, they are being careless with the puck and that is playing into LV's counterstrike game. They are nowhere near as quick as LV. They have a lot of big lumbering guys, they are fine once they get moving, but on dump ins and puck battles they don't change directions very well.

First i've heard or read of Winnipeg being slow all year from anyone. Of course he doubles down on it twice vs maybe opening up a bit to the fact that they're not.

Both Vegas Goalies dressed tonight ..Fleury the Starter and Legace the Backup are both .......Ex Cape Breton Screaming Eagles . What Fleury is doing is nothing short of remarkable. Certain people have always loved to shit on him. For years it was "he'll never become a star goalie, too quick, no structure" and so on. Then it was "Only wins because of Crosby and Malkin. No mental toughness." Then "2 of those Cups were as a backup" Finally people are realizing he's not only a great person but is an excellent teammate and goaltender. Vegas is built on teamwork and playing a certain style. Fleury fits their mould perfectly it seems.

He did have multiple meltdowns that cost the pens chances at championships and going further in the playoffs. Three years ago they lost in the 1st round and he was part of the problem, weak goals and sub .900 save %. Obviously his career should not be only on that, but it's part of the entire picture.

I never said they are slow, I said they are slowER than Las Vegas. I wouldn’t say there is a noticeable difference in speed, Winnipeg and Vegas are both really fast teams. Last night the Jets lost because of a lot of questionable plays by their defence and some basic plays that didn’t happen that ultimately led to goals. This isn’t LA or SJ vs Vegas, Winnipeg can skate with them at every turn and I suspect that to continue.

Vegas is fast but it is bad puck management by Winnipeg that is making them look even faster as the Jets are falling into trap plays and the Knights are well coached and as soon as they get a turnover they are exploding the other way.

Winnipeg's Veteran Defencemen have paid dearly for getting caught out of position in this Series ......ie: Jacob Trouba on the first goal last night ......this is occurring at times because of the speed of Las Vegas . They are a lot faster than The Kings and a notch above Nashville , The Jets first two opponents . I say whoever wins Game 4 ...........wins the Series .............or at least until Game 5 ...........lol .

That first goal last night is on Schiefle - just bad puck protection, Trouba was caught flat-footed because of that - heckuva nice play by McNabb though.
