Who cares who may or may not be back.
Isles need to play Islander hockey...no matter who may or may not suit up for BBA.....stay away from penalties. ...and get very good goaltending..
Do that, and they can succeed.

Do that, and they can succeed. Islander hockey and Armada hockey are pretty much the same style...at which case star players make the difference.

I thought Corbeil was out for the playoffs? If he's back that's huge for them.
As much as I want the Islanders to win this series it'll be tough, but I think they can do it if Welsh stands on his head each game and Blainville's first line is kept in check. But that'll be no easy feat to do in order to pull out 4 wins.
I think Charlottetown puts 2 daggers in Blainville's back but Blainville still comes out with the series in 6 games.

Sorry Pascal Corbeil and Jan Hlandonik never even heard tell of Hlandonik so I looked him up statswise he doesn't appear to be much weird for a top team Blainville really have gotten virtually no production from their Euro slots...

Charlottetown in 6. I have faith in our team. We will upset the Armada. Revenge will happen.

I think the Islanders can pull it off. We're no pushover and we do have a skilled team. Hopefully we can do our part in making it a maritime final.

Corbeil is in fact back for Blainville and is a huge addition to their blue line.

Armada in 5, the team is much deeper then people want to give them credit for. There’s a reason they were the #1 team in the league this season. The clock is about to strike 12 on Islanders playoff run, the Cinderella can go on a run but eventually it ends. This is the end. I don't think anyone had been saying the Armada aren't deep enough. They loaded up for this over the past couple years. Charlottetown on the other hand is much deeper with much better players than you (and many others) give them credit for. This didn't go to seven games by mistake, and I firmly believe if game 7 was in Charlottetown, the islanders would be in the final now instead of BBA. Charelottetown was grossly underrated this year to the point where all of the nay sayers are now a joke. Anyone who bothered to do their homework at the start of the year is not surprised they ended up making the playoffs and could be and were successful. The returning players were many of the key players who brought the team to roughly (I don't remember exactly) a 4th overall finish at christmas time last year- which is why the islanders loaded up for a run last year at xmas in the first place. As I stated, that core group returned this year - and were once again successful.
