I guess I'll drop this interesting (but pretty meaningless) fact here.
The Sea Dogs have played 4 of the 6 league finalists at the Memorial Cup before.
Of the 2 they never played, one is Charlottetown whom the Sea Dogs know very well. The other is the Hamilton Bulldogs. The Sea Dogs and Bulldogs may not have met before but a different version of the Hamilton Bulldogs use to come to town to play the Saint John Flames.

Less then 2 weeks to go until game 1. Not hearing much from the Sea Dogs. Any idea how the team and McDougall are doin?

Gardiner has brought in some university players to participate in intrasquad games as well. He is no slouch and the practices have not been the easiest but that is what will get them ready and keep them in shape.

I'm surprised how dead this board has been lately. But whatever.
Anyone have any idea which players from the other 3 teams were here for the U-17s a few years ago? They'd all be 19 or 20 now.
