I'm not a Red Sox fan, so I don't watch their games, but was wondering how Rafael Devers was doing? How is his defense?

Bloom adding Urias and Reyes for next to nothing looks really good right now. Also allowed him to get two young relievers for Hernandez.

They teased us like the old days all year long but the dream is over this team just doesn't play good baseball fuck Bloom and fuck Henry and his love of his damn soccer franchise bring on puck season They made some nice strides since last year, team is getting younger...Bello Crawford Duran Rafaela Abreu Cassas. I much prefer building for the long run through the farm than trying shortcuts with big $$$ like SD, NYM and NYYY did. Few big money FA live up for their contracts.

For the most part, you can't buy young players. The top 3 spenders are SD NYM and NYY and they are not in the playoffs.

no winning team trades a generational homegrown talent in their prime for peanuts
embarrassing management the way they treated Mookie
anyways bring on puck and then 2024..... or is it 2025 that Bloom says he wants to win..... or maybe it's 2026

They tried to sign him 3 years in a row and offered 300M the winter they traded him and he refused, wanted to test the market. Getting Verdugo Downs and Wong beats a compensation draft pick after he leaves.

Bases loaded nobody out and sox leave em full that might have been the last ball i watch this year
Hearing rumours bloom might be turfed tho in the offseason that will make me happy if they change focus and try to compete again

Time to turn this embarrassment of a franchise around. That happened in 2004 This is a speedbump but glad they recognized it Funny thing is almost all the young talent the sox are currently putting on the field cane from donbriwsky era Bloom was a bad hire for this market from the get go Jays will have some openings soon hope he lands there
