Any predictions for the crowd tonight when the RCMP have been asking people to stay off the roads all day today?

Any predictions for the crowd tonight when the RCMP have been asking people to stay off the roads all day today? Announced crowd of just over 1500, I would definitely say there was less though. It was pretty empty in there tonight.

Only fitting that Romeo would score on Valentines day.
All puns aside this was one of the better games I've attended this year. Had an excellent 1st period, Moncton adjusted in the second and came clawing back. 3 goals in about a 40 second span to end the second period was all they needed. Shots show 11-2 Moncton in the third but alot of outside shots amounting to low end chances.
Shortall playing forward is really a weird sight, however he throws the body around much more and made life miserable for anyone who went into the corner with him in the O zone. Also had some great blocked shots.

No Parking ( some outdoor Curling Venue set up ).....People just leaving their Vehicles anywhere and everywhere . The Municipality widening the roads ( and rightly so ) at the same time filling all secondary Parking Lot Entrances . I felt sorry for Stephen Dixon , firstly doing it on a Weekend Night and then his Billets from 20 years ago , unable to make it to the Rink because of the Weather .

The best shot blocks are the ones you don't have to make due to excellent reads, active stick, good positioning, etc. It takes years for players to understand and execute at the highest level consistent wall play in the D-zone. SHortall is the best we have at defending below the goal line and far from the best at defending above the dots, this move makes little to no sense to me.

And he was always going to be pushed down the depth chart as we added and developed other D. If the need was a forward why not move Shortall for someone who could play in the top 9? Especially after adding Cibulka. Putting a defensive dman up front makes very little sense to me.

I think one of the main reasons we're seeing Shortall up at forward is because Angelo Fullerton hasn't played in over two weeks because of whatever he's been dealing with (was listed as an illness don't know if it still is)

I'd hardly call this an experiment, moreso making the best of a bad situation. Shortall is taking one for the team right now while multiple forwards are out, and letting a kid like Desjardins continue getting minutes instead of sitting in the press box every second game. Once we get forwards back either healthy or available call ups he will take his spot back on the 3rd pairing.
