Probably won't be as intense as last year's game. Cataford is back which is huge.

Milner gets the start. B. MacPhee is out again.

1-1 after 1st. Cataford with the goal off his leg I believe but he is always in the right spot. Schultz is playing at another level IMO. Milner looked a little shaky in 1st. They could have shot a beach ball between his legs on that 1st Gatineau goal. Nice to see Levesque with his own cheering section and lots of Moose jersey's scattered throughout the stands. Nice to see.

A bit off topic from the game itself, but I took a quick peek around the league and holy crap Chicoutimi is hot. Gonna have two really interesting first round matchups in the East.

What a ridiculously chinzy call on Furlong late there.

What a ridiculously chinzy call on Furlong late there. Absolute biased garbage. Minville spends the entire third period whining to the refs and surprise surprise they get a ghost call late.

Lou squared saves the day. LFD gives it to Boutin after the OT winner haha.

Schultz has 17 points in his last 12 game… guy is on fire. And Phillips quietly has 8 points in his last 8 games.

Playing some great hockey offensively right now. Schultz is 1 point shy of 50 in just 57 games this season which crushes his career high of 42 in 68 last season. I’m surprised he slipped under the radar of the USHL. He was slated to play NCDC hockey. Needless to say he made the best career choice and that he’s happy here. Great couple weeks for Owen Phillips with as mentioned the 8 points in 8 games getting the monkey off his back with only having 8 points previously all season. I haven’t been following his game enough closely this season but I did notice him in the 8-2 loss game against Moncton and still thought he played pretty well.

This is a very solid team on the road. Seem to overcome adversity when they get a bad call or minute. And that's great for the later playoff rounds.
I wonder if they squander some home games and make some series difficult for themselves. A 7 game series may be fun for fans but not for coaches. Injuries did Halifax in at the end last year (sore players who played) though Quebec deserved every accolade last year was one of the most remarkable seasons and especially playoff dominance for the Remparts.
Inattention to detail and slow starts at home, sloppy mail it in performances catch up with you at the end.
But they are prepared on these road games.

Oh…? That’s awkward, I’m not sure who I was analyzing then, maybe I was thinking about Schultz.
