Interesting, the interview I mentioned before was played during the game on the 14th I believe so things must of changed since that interview or I misheard them either way thank you for the update. First diagnostic was 4 week (end of first round). Yesterday they called up Lacelle and told minimum 6 weeks for Miller That being the case who do you feel will get the call for game 1 Massé or Lacelle? I remember Massé played the Eagles at Centre 200 back in November and got a shutout so even with the Eagles winning streak I'm hesitant to see them face him again.

Lacelle is 6-1 in Q games this year, although his #'s are not stellar, he has been getting the wins when called upon. I did not check his opponents, maybe they protected him a little.

These were his opponents. 2 against Québec Won 2 against Val-d'Or Won 1 against Gatineau lost 2 against Sherbrooke Won So they did protect him a bit.

More experience … But, they will change for Lacelle rapidly if we need… Lacelle will join the team Friday in Cap Breton… No practice with the team

Looks like a group or 2 have bought almost 2 full sections in the upper bowl for Friday AND Saturday. That should be a nice boost to both the ticket sales and the atmosphere.

Well, that looks promising. Still a couple of days + walk-ups.
Last season vs Halifax, the 2 home games were 3400 and 2600 approx.

Well, that looks promising. Still a couple of days + walk-ups. They're extending box office hours over the next couple of days as well. There's lots of data out there showing that this is completely outside the norm for our market and in a hugely positive way. Hopefully its not 1000 Rimouski fans coming to spoil our party

Kind of a perfect storm situation for the Eagles here, long weekend, team on a 9 game winning streak heading in to the playoffs and Friday/Saturday games, no other major events drawing fans. Could see them breaching 8000 tickets sold over the 2 days.
Should be a fun atmosphere in the C200, hopefully pop a couple quick ones and get the crowd fired up.

I'm going with the Eagles in 5 here.
Momentum in our favor.
Goaltending injury is a huge blow for them.
We're relatively healthy.
Win 2 here this weekend. Win 2 there over the week.
