this last message is incorrect. The Wildcats ticket sales rep left to work for the Charlotte Bobcats. Not Ray Delia. I think Ray did a great job with the team last year. I am sorry to see him go. I find it weird that someone would move all the way to Moncton on a one year contract. I also find it poor planning to have the contract start August 1st. That really puts the adminisration behind the 8 ball so to speak in ramping up their season ticket sales in August with training camp just around the corner. I stand corrected. I apologize.

If Bill comes back as GM, you will see many of the front office staff leave. He was great to the public, but thats where it ends.

Someone from the front office has already left. Bill Fagan, Director of Sales and Marketing.

Not surprising coming from an Irving company.... it has nothing to do with an Irving company and all to do with Bill... i saw no less than 4 ppl quit while he was working there.. and all ppl that had important qualities that they brought to the organisation.. he's not the easiest person to work for..

My point is from my experience and from others that it just sounds like a typical situation from an Irving company

The Cats have always had a lot of turnover in the business side, they push hard and are agressive and a lot of people can't operate in that long term, it's not just Bill.

He demands hard work from his staff, much the same as any hard working organization. There was also a very important piece to the puzzle that left shortly after Bill did, and directly because of it, in JF, so he enjoyed it. People always cry when they are pushed to reach their full potential, because it is much easier to do everything the easy way and take no pride in your work or the organization that you are working for. Both Bill and Irving demand nothing but the best.

I totaly agree that he pushed hard because he wanted the work to be done right but at the same time to do all that work and never get credited for it or hear thank you... well it rubs some ppl the wrong way.. which is the case for a few of the ppl that quit.
With that said tho.. he did seem to have the way with the fans and make them feel welcomed and appreciated at the games.
