Something to toss around...who do you think will be the leading scorer ( goals and/or points) for the Cat's this year? Any projections?

Eagles should be the odds on favorite for both.
If Bidduke plays the whole year here hye could possibly get more goals.

I'd say Biduke has a better chance of playing the whole year in Moncton than Eagles does
I fully expect Eagles to be mid season trade bait

Eagles would get you a 2nd rounder unless he has a monster year, they already have an extra 1st from the BC trade.

Unless the Cats have a horrid first half, I think they will hold on to him and try to maybe make it to the second round of the playoffs, to get the young guys some experience. My pick is Eagles for leading point getter with 70-75 ... and leading goal scorer Brown, with 30-35.

I like that Brown pick, he'll be fun to watch this year Like just about everyone else, Eagles should get the most points however, I think Bidduke will end up with 35-40 goals if he is with us all year.

I might get harassed around here by saying this but I'm expecting Randy Cameron to have a breakout year. It happened in Saint John last season with Sparling and its bound to happen for RC. I'm not saying that he will be our leading scorer but I can see him ending the year with a good 60-65 points.
As for my prediction, I'm with the majority... Eagles

If Bidduke isn't your leading goal scorer, you will looking for another 20 at Christmas, methinks...

Just an Idea but if Fomin is put on PP he might also be in the race for top point maker.
I kind of agree with Hollywood with Randy Cameron. Brown might also be in the race. Gaining from 10 to 15 pounds during the summer makes him a decent size for the Q.
Matt Eagles is also my pick (And I don't see him going anywhere because of leadership and there may be an abundance of 20's in the league so value will be low for 20's)

Brenton showed some great signs of finish last year and I think he could definitely get 40-50 goals. But no I think Biduke will probably lead in goals with Eagles in points but to be honnest I'd prefer if it were Brown and Macausland.

I hope that Macausland worked a little bit on his strength conditioning. He is not going to get a whole lot bigger but I think if he could get a little stronger it would make a huge difference in his game. Plus I think if he can stay healthy for the season I think we will see a different macausland too. Should be interesting to see if he can elevate his game like he has done in the other levels of hockey he has played at.
