Sundin will go to Vancouver or NY Rangers...
I'm getting tired of all the news about him lol

I agree this is crazy. I just now remembered that today was another "deadline" day. Its unbelievable the guy (and agent) have dragged this thing out for a solid 6 months, with many empty promises on deadlines.
With this much building anticipation, he better win the NHL scoring race when all is said and done lol.

The Rangers would be crazy to sign Sundin, they'd have to move at least one key player anyways.

If he signs with the Rangers it won't be for as much as Vancouver. Money isn't the biggest thing or he would of signed with the Canucks on July 1.

He signs for a low count of dollars the union will step in!

Money isn't everything, but he won't turn down 10 million to sign for 2 million. He'll cost a prorated 7-8 mil. Nobody wants Prucha. Their defense is already a sore spot, trading their 3rd or 4th d-man would leave a hole.

I am curious how effective a player near the end of his career, who has not been playing, is going to be...it didn't seem to be a good move for Anaheim last year.
