The Moose face the 16th ranked Val-d'Or Foreurs on Friday. A 6-1 win at Val-d"or on October 6th is Halifax's only win of the year.
Val-d'Or has 16 points from 21 games and is 4-5-1 in their last ten. Halifax has 3 points from 20 games and is 0-9-1 in their last ten. Halifax has actually allowed less goals then Val-d'Or but has scored 29 less. Both teams powerplay and shorthanded percentages are virtually the same.
Val-d'Or is lead by Jonathan Hazen with 32 points and Maxime Sauve who leads the team in goals with 12 has 27 points.
The leaders on the Moose are Thomas Knotek with 18 points and a team leading 10 goals and Travis Randell with 15 points.
After another hardluck loss last night in Saint John and boys must be smelling a victory. Secondary scoring is again a key for the Moose as defensively we have been decent, but we just need to find way to put the puck in the net.
A home win is important to the players and the fans and I will be there Friday night and I think the boys will deliver. 4-2 Moose
GO MOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<Mod Edit: Removed GDT since the thread wasn't made on Game Day>

I believe our team is the only one that hasn't received the H1N1 vaccine because were not in a high risk group...My guess is the 20's will decide for themselves everyone else there parents will be contacted...I'm not getting it I'm really allergic to the chemicals they put in it!!!!

The Moose should be able to get their second win against Val d'Or if they play like they did against Saint John. Of course the flu factor could come into play too if Randell ends up with it(apparently he's under the weather) or any other key player gets sick. Sure would be nice to get at least two or three wins in this homestand!

If both teams are healthy I'd say 4-3 Moose
If Val D'or is unhealthy and Moose are 6-2 Moose
If Moose are unhealthy and Val D'or is healthy than 5-3 Val D'or
