Hey, we had five tickets bought online for Saturday's game vs Rocket. Due to H1N1 outbreaks and the Wildcats canceling games, the Rocket may be in alert to cancel their games this week. If they have to cancel Saturday's game, is there any way to get the tickets refunded? Even if there is no game, we will still be in Halifax to visit my brother, if we have to go to the Metro Centre.
Thanks, Nolan.

Thanks, Nolan. It's a unique situation. The only people who could answer that would be box office employees. I'd give them a call to check. My guess would be yes though.

Ok thanks, we'll be in Halifax regardless, so we could make a trip to the box office.

Right now Sat is still good to go the Wildcats right now are the only team to cancel their games but I'd be on alert for that because Halifax is down 3 possibly 4 players for this weekend but I believe tickets are non-refundable is what it says on the back of them hope that helps!!!

They are non refundable due to changing your mind. If the event is cancelled they are refundable. (normally)

Those tickets would be refundable if they cancel event and you cannot go to new date I am sure it would not be good business practice not to refund your money it was there reasons why you could not attend the event on that date..

For what it is worth, ticket holders of the cancelled games in Moncton have three options: Keep for re-scheduled date, exchange for any other date (including weekends), or return for a refund.
