The newspaper says we played a full 6 periods and didn't take any time off, I would like to correct that and state that we played in Saint John on Wednesday played 3 full periods and then the weekend another 6 full periods (thats 3 games in four nights) and we didn't miss a beat. Lee Algee the new conditioning coach has to be given a lot of credit for the shape of this team in terms of energy and this has to be another great move by Russell to acquire Algee, so a tip of the hat to both. If you doubt this talk to any player they will confirm his worth to the team.

I am really staring to hear and see results of many moves by Cam Russell putting his name on this team product on ice and with training changes and coaching changes and of course the team on ice..WONDERFUL results and Development is really starting to come forward here..The lights are on and play offs are within reach for sure... Keep up great efforts players,Cam and your team as it does take a great deal of work together to become a success and lots of work every minute of the day and night too..
