Check from behind on Gillard. Very surprised that he got up as quick as he did. It was a pretty bad hit.

LOL Penguin23 your funny give us a whooping if I recall correctly you guys have lost 8 in a row we've won 3 in a row if we stick to Moose hockey and Corbs steals us another game, were to within 2 points of you guys; so give us a whooping very funny!!! and We kept Gormley quiet last night I'm sure we can keep Olsson quiet then we shall see who's talking!!! Somebody give this bunny a trophy! Post of the year. I don't even know where to begin! We'll do a list shall we? -My username is Penguins23 not Penguin23. - You're.....not "your". Funny does not belong to me so please do not use a possessive pronoun when referring to a verb. Then again, your post was so out in left field who knows what you were really trying to say. - As has been already pointed out to you, it's quite obvious that I'm a Wildcats fan, sorry if the signature didn't give it away. Congrats on shutting down Gormley. I really don't know how you guys did that. Such an offensive phenom. Heck, the Moose are so goodm Kabanov didn't have any shots on goal or scoring opportunities. Anyways. I'm done referring to your joke of a post and I'll start a new post so I can discuss things with knowledgeable posters.

Another impressive game by the Moose. Good to see you guys are turning the corner. Corbeil is definitely looking impressive. Knotek had a good game too. Not gonna lie, I'd enjoy seeing him in a Cats uniform but it's not happening. Also, thanks to all the QManiac and Webber who helped Arnold Slick and I during our "expect the unexpected" adventure. Made us really proud to be Maritimers. Also, nice to meet you Moosefan1994. Look forward to further discussing my beloved Baie-Comeau Drakkar in the future. Hopefully we can get off this losing streak very shortly because you guys are only 2 points behind us

Yeah dangerous hit for sure, they actually show it on the sportsandmoore site video from last night (around the 1:20 mark).
Theyve allowed 1 goal per game in all 4 wins, and the PEI goal came with 30 seconds left. The last 2 games theyve been without Albetshauser and Clarke for large chunks of time and still played well.
With a tough 3 in 3 in Quebec coming up, the honeymoon probably ends for a bit especially without our top 2 D. But great to see the team keep playing tough, and leave it to a BC visit to bring out the rough stuff again lol. These teams just see eachother and want to fight lol.

The injury news on Clarke and Abeltshauser wasn't as bad as I expected. 7-10 days isn't too bad, however I'm sure we'll know more once the get the 2 of them examined and get the results back. John Moore was mentioning how the injury could affect Abeltshauser's Pool B WJC, but then Russell says last night they're both, right now, 7-10 days. Two completely different scenarios there. At least we didn't hear something like 4-6, 6-8 weeks with possible surgery or something. I can live with a week or 2.
I didn't even realize Clarke left the Moncton game, so I don't know what he looked like going off, but I know Abeltshauser sure looked to be in a lot of discomfort leaving the ice and the replay of him falling didn't look good. Lets hope the 7-10 day evaluation Russell gave last night holds up and we get these 2 back asap.

Both players were on walking casts last night..clarke looks the worse of the two at this moment..But that may have been to protect them from hurting their legs or knees any more too..
