He will be bought out by the Islanders. #tvasports Doesn't surprise me....his AHL stats for last year look pretty dismal and the Islanders look to be making room for their more recent picks, etc.....wonder where he will end up? My guess is back home with a KHL team. |

He was a pretty good Dman at the AHL level ... more than just an enforcer here ... but he was tough as nails. Maybe let somebody else drive from now on. |

Rudy threw the hardest punch I've ever seen at a hockey game, when he played for the Moncton Hawks. He hit Mario Roberge with a body-shot that still makes me shake my head. "Tough as nails" is right. Too bad he has had such problems off the ice. Hopefully he gets his act together asap. |
